    ELDER CANDIDATE

    George and his wife Katy have been married for almost 30 years and have three daughters, Rebecca (24), Caroline (22), and Ava (21). They moved to the Eastern Shore from Annapolis 10 years ago and have attended Eastpoint Church since the fall of 2022, where they are ministry partners and have served by leading a community group.

    George committed his life to Jesus 45 years ago when he was in the 11th grade. He feels blessed to have participated in Bible Studies and other ministries over the years, including serving with youth, college students, and adults. He loves to see people grow in their relationship with Jesus.

    He works in administration at a continuing care retirement community in Easton.

  • Nate Martin

    ELDER CANDIDATE

    Nate and his wife, Tiffany, have lived in Easton for the past four years with their two kids, Liam and Nora. They’ve been part of Eastpoint since moving to the area. Nate has served as a professional firefighter in Howard County, MD for 13 years and has also been involved in chaplaincy and ministry since 2020.

    At Eastpoint, Nate has served as the Pastoral Resident overseeing Community Groups, as a member of the Discipleship Team, and now as an Elder Candidate. He feels called to help shepherd God’s people and has a deep passion for caring for others through prayer, encouragement, and leadership. Nate is grateful for how God is working in and through Eastpoint and looks forward to continuing to serve this community with humility and joy.
