Here at Eastpoint Church, our leadership structure can be explained as “Elder-led, staff-run.” Eastpoint Staff are enthusiastic and energetic, because we know it’s a privilege to “get to do this!”

Eastpoint Elders are proactively caring for the sheep entrusted to their care by knowing, feeding, leading, and protecting the flock. These are men of high character who meet the moral and biblical qualifications of an Elder as according to 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
