Next Gen Pastor

Full-time (Salaried, Exempt)

The Next Gen Pastor extends the mission of Eastpoint Church to Kids, Youth and Young Adults by leading the staff and ministry leaders in these ministry areas and pastoring families, students, young adults, and volunteers.

Production Coordinator

20-25 hours/week (Part Time/Paid)

The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading the Production Ministry at Eastpoint Church by overseeing all AVL systems, technical operations, and broadcast execution across both campuses. They will identify, equip, and train production team leaders and serve team members. This role ensures technical excellence for our Sunday gathering experience, broadcast experience, and all production environments, supporting the Music Pastor’s vision.

Creative Director

Full-time (Salaried, Exempt)

The Creative Director leads the Media, Creative, and Communications ministries at Eastpoint Church. They oversee all creative direction, brand expression, storytelling, and communication strategy across both campuses. This role ensures that all visual, digital, and narrative elements align with Eastpoint’s mission and voice. They equip and develop creative leaders and serve team members while managing all creative systems and outputs.

Sunday Coordinator

10 hours/week (Volunteer)

This is a part-time role (averaging 10 hours per week). The Sunday Coordinator is responsible for the welcoming environment that people experience from parking their cars to the warm welcome of the Lobby and oversees the volunteer Ministry Team Leaders (MTLs) of our five First Impressions Teams (Connect, Hospitality, Ushers, Parking, and Safety). An average of five hours is allotted for midweek preparation and five hours on Sundays (7:30 - 12:30 pm).
