Children and families are a big deal to us! The way we do child dedication as a church family at Eastpoint is to celebrate and welcome new children into the world with a blessing and a gift. We typically dedicate children from infancy through preschool age. While this is not baptism, as a church family we want to publicly affirm our commitment to joining these parents in their endeavor to raise their children in faith.

Here you will join others in a cohort-style class to learn and discuss what it means to have new life in Christ.

Becoming a Ministry Partner is saying, “I’m not satisfied with simply attending, I want to become an active partner. I’m all in.”

This powerful 8-week course will equip you with practical tools to really love people in difficult situations and mature into an adult follower of Jesus.

Everyone will learn 8 practical relationship skills to develop mature, loving relationships with others. And since loving others and loving God cannot be separated, each person will also grow in their personal, first-hand relationship with Jesus by incorporating stillness, silence, and Scripture as daily life rhythms. 

As a church that exists to glorify God as a Gospel Community that is Growing in Faith and Reaching the World, we recognize that every area of life, including our finances, must come under the Lordship of Christ.

Financial Peace University (FPU) provides Eastpoint families with an opportunity to honor God with their money, live in financial peace, and experience the freedom to give generously, contribute their gifts, and live on mission.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey through the Bible, or you’ve made it many times, reviewing the “roadmap” can be a must-do exercise. You’ll learn the big story that fills the pages of Scripture and how God’s big plan touches us now and forever.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.

Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Each year thousands of people, like you, are saying "Yes" to saving the life of a friend, colleague, sibling, or neighbor.

Pastor Aaron Hoover is a certified instructor for QPR and he will facilitate this training alongside our Peer Counseling team.
