Baptism is a powerful way to go public with your faith and celebrate what God is doing in your life, and we’d love to walk with you on that journey!

Join us for our upcoming Baptism Class, where we’ll talk through the heart of the gospel and what baptism really means. This isn’t just a class: It’s a time to share your story, ask honest questions, and explore how God is at work in your life.

Children and families are a big deal to us! The way we do child dedication as a church family at Eastpoint is to celebrate and welcome new children into the world with a blessing and a gift. We typically dedicate children from infancy through preschool age. While this is not baptism, as a church family we want to publicly affirm our commitment to joining these parents in their endeavor to raise their children in faith.

While not a typical class, parents will have an opportunity to talk with leadership to learn and ask questions.  We have Child Dedications throughout the year.  Check below for our next opportunity.

Are you a new Christian interested in learning the basics of the faith? Are you a seasoned Christian who could use a greater understanding of the foundational Christian beliefs? Here you will join others in a cohort-style class to learn and discuss what it means to have new life in Christ.

Ministry Partnership is for those who are ready to move beyond just being present on Sundays and step into a deeper level of commitment to what God is doing through Eastpoint. Becoming a Ministry Partner is saying, “I’m not satisfied with simply attending, I want to become an active partner. I’m all in.”

If Eastpoint Church feels like home, we’d love to invite you to Ministry Partner Orientation. You’ll hear our heart for the Shore and discover what it means to partner together as we live out the gospel together.

This powerful 8-week course will equip you with practical tools to really love people in difficult situations and mature into an adult follower of Jesus.

Everyone will learn 8 practical relationship skills to develop mature, loving relationships with others. And since loving others and loving God cannot be separated, each person will also grow in their personal, first-hand relationship with Jesus by incorporating stillness, silence, and Scripture as daily life rhythms. 

The Emotionally Healthy Spirituality course will help you begin to unpack core biblical principles to guide you into an experience of lasting, beneath-the-surface transformation in your relationship with Christ.

Topics include how to identify emotionally unhealthy spirituality, how to grow your soul through grief and loss, and how to develop into an emotionally mature adult.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey through the Bible, or you’ve made it many times, reviewing the “roadmap” can be a must-do exercise. You’ll learn the big story that fills the pages of Scripture and how God’s big plan touches us now and forever. 

In this course Nancy Guthrie traces major biblical-theological themes across the redemptive-historical landscape, showing how every theme found its ultimate meaning in the person and work of Christ.

We offer free access to 19 online courses from Western Seminary’s Center for Leadership Development and have customized four Eastpoint tracks. These courses will provide the advanced content for the classes portion of our Discipleship strategy. 

This is material that will help believers grow in their understanding of God and the Bible.Our desire is that every disciple would complete the Bible Foundations track.
