Meet the Team

Here at Eastpoint Church, our leadership structure can be explained as “Elder-led, staff-run.” Eastpoint Staff are enthusiastic and energetic because we know it’s a privilege to “get to do this!”

Eastpoint Elders are proactively caring for the sheep entrusted to their care by knowing, feeding, leading, and protecting the flock. These are men of high character who meet the moral and biblical qualifications of an Elder, according to 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.

Eastpoint Deacons are mature and godly men and women who, under the direction of the pastors and elders, nurture church unity by caring for the logistical, administrative, and physical needs of the church and meet the character criteria in 1 Timothy 3.
